Lettuce Bee Family Workshop pop-up

Lettuce Bee is  informal non-medical mental health support and community engagement program for individuals and families to reset, reconnect, and recover from traumas caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, addiction, domestic abuse, mental and physical health conditions and injury, and food insecurity. We help improve access to food and provide a projet based learning model with a sustainability focus. We engage in activities which focus on Self Care, Nutrition, Ecology, Agriculture, and Economics in a interactive sensory immersion environment. Each workshops theme is based off of one of the five elements; Earth, Wind, Fire, Water, Ether/Love.
